All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Setup fees are charged upfront. Monthly services are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Annual plans are billed once per year. Invoices are available on request.
Services are delivered remotely. Standard setup times are 3–5 business days after receipt of all required client information. Delays caused by incomplete or late client-provided information will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. See our Fulfillment Policy for full details.

Eleopard LLC aims to deliver high-quality managed infrastructure services. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
A full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if setup work has not yet commenced. Once our team has begun the intake process, configuration, or delivery of any deliverable, setup fees are non-refundable.
If a recurring billing charge is disputed within 7 days of the charge date, and the relevant service deliverables for that period were not provided as agreed, a full or partial refund will be considered. Refunds are not available for periods where services were delivered as agreed.
Annual plan payments may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months, provided cancellation is requested in writing within 30 days of the billing date and no more than 3 months of the annual term have elapsed.

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days written notice to support@eleopard.cc. Annual plans renew at the end of the annual term unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.
