How long does a setup take?

Standard setups are completed within 3–5 business days once we have received all required information (access credentials, provider details, spec). More complex or custom environments may take longer — we will confirm the timeline upfront.

What information do you need to start?

After your order, we send a short intake form requesting: your preferred cloud provider, server access credentials (or we guide you through creating them), your deployment stack (language, framework, database), and any specific requirements or constraints.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. The Growth and Advanced plans include ongoing monthly managed support covering maintenance, updates, monitoring, and deployment assistance. Email support responses are provided within 1 business day on Growth plans and same-day on critical issues for Advanced plans.

Are services billed one-time or recurring?

The Starter plan is a one-time setup fee. The Growth plan is billed monthly. The Advanced Operations plan is billed annually (or monthly at a slightly higher rate). All billing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and processed securely via Stripe.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if setup has not yet commenced. Once work has begun or deliverables have been sent, setup fees are non-refundable. For recurring plans, refunds on the most recent billing cycle may be requested if services were not delivered as agreed. See our full Refund Policy for details.

1. Services

Eleopard LLC provides managed cloud infrastructure setup, DevOps configuration, server security, monitoring, and related IT services delivered remotely. The scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment & Billing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Setup fees are charged upfront. Monthly services are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Annual plans are billed once per year. Invoices are available on request.

3. Service Delivery

Services are delivered remotely. Standard setup times are 3–5 business days after receipt of all required client information. Delays caused by incomplete or late client-provided information will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. See our Fulfillment Policy for full details.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for setup
  • Ensure you have authority to authorize infrastructure changes
  • Maintain secure access to credentials delivered by our team

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Setup fees are non-refundable once delivery has commenced. Recurring plan fees may be refunded within 7 days of charge if services were not delivered as agreed.

6. Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for illegal activity, spamming, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate service termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eleopard LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

8. Cancellation

Monthly plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days notice after the first 3 months. Notice must be sent to support@eleopard.cc.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Refund Policy

Eleopard LLC aims to deliver high-quality managed infrastructure services. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

One-Time Setup Fees

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if setup work has not yet commenced. Once our team has begun the intake process, configuration, or delivery of any deliverable, setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Managed Plans

If a recurring billing charge is disputed within 7 days of the charge date, and the relevant service deliverables for that period were not provided as agreed, a full or partial refund will be considered. Refunds are not available for periods where services were delivered as agreed.

Annual Plans

Annual plan payments may be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months, provided cancellation is requested in writing within 30 days of the billing date and no more than 3 months of the annual term have elapsed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Setup work has commenced or deliverables have been sent
  • Service was delivered as agreed and no fault was demonstrated
  • Cancellation request is made after the applicable refund window
  • Account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@eleopard.cc with your name, email address, payment date, and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Fulfillment & Service Delivery Policy

This policy describes how Eleopard LLC delivers services and what clients can expect after placing an order or submitting a request.

How Services Are Delivered

All services are delivered remotely via email and digital communication. No physical products are shipped. After payment or inquiry confirmation, our team contacts you by email within 1 business day to begin the onboarding process.

Onboarding Intake

We send a structured intake form requesting the technical information needed to begin work. This typically includes: cloud provider credentials or access, deployment stack details, environment requirements, and any specific constraints or preferences.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard setup: 3–5 business days after receipt of completed intake form
  • Complex or custom setups: Timeline agreed in writing before work begins
  • Delays from missing information: If required client information is not provided, the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly. We will notify you by email.

What You Receive

  • Configured server/cloud environment per agreed scope
  • Written handover documentation
  • Access credentials and configuration files (where applicable)
  • Setup summary email confirming what was done

Ongoing Services

For monthly or annual managed plans, services are delivered on a rolling basis. Monthly deliverables include maintenance, monitoring oversight, and email-based support. A monthly status summary is provided on Growth and Advanced plans.

Cancellation & Renewal

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days written notice to support@eleopard.cc. Annual plans renew at the end of the annual term unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

  • Any illegal activity under applicable local, national, or international law
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating spam infrastructure
  • Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, or exploit toolkits
  • Conducting denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or network abuse
  • Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
  • Distribution of copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Any activity intended to harass, harm, or defraud others

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice or refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
